As Henka Pano Elektrik İthalat, İhracat, Tic. Ltd. Şti., all AG panels we offer to our customers are manufactured and assembled in accordance with quality and safety standards. In line with our after-sales service approach, our products are under our company's warranty for 24 months (2 years) from the date of delivery.

 

Warranty Scope

AG panels included in our offer are under warranty in case of production errors and malfunctions caused by sheet metal manufacturing or electrical assembly. In such cases:

 

If the product detected with the fault is determined to be caused by workmanship by our expert team,

 

The replacement process with a new part is carried out free of charge, limited to the faulty part.

 

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

Faults and damages caused by the reasons specified below are not covered by the warranty:

 

Incorrect transportation and technical interventions by the employer or authorized person

 

Faulty use, user negligence or unsuitable environmental conditions

 

Natural wear and tear of the devices and wear and tear due to their service life

 

Inadequate maintenance, cleaning and lack of regular control

 

Training and Technical Support

For the purpose of correct use and commissioning of the panels, free training service is provided to our customers upon request. These trainings are carried out face to face in our factory during the test and delivery phase or in other phases of the project.
